Potato production, problems, price-quantity-cost relationship in Turkey

Potato is a plant which have importan tnutrients such as; carbohydrate, protein, vitamins, ferro. Alsopotato is capable to yield different climate circumstances and moreover producing potato is easy. Because of thesespecialties, potato is one of the most important nutrient in humans' and animals' nutrition. Theaim of this study is to find out solutions for the problems faced up with during the production processes of potato in Turkey. In the concept of this aim, a time series analysis is conducted forfinding out the relationship among price, quantity and cost of potato in Turkey
