Professional hospital management in Turkey: A study in terms of public administration

Abstract (EN)

Management of private hospitals, which is a branch of management science, with its own methods and functions is quite an important place today. Hospital management first emerged in different periods, not only medical services along with management but also training of staff and patients, hospital staff management, resource management, interpersonal relationships inside and outside the hospital within the organization that hosts a very comprehensive.Because of complex, multifaceted and the unique features of the hospitals need to organize an effective and comprehensive management. Although enough levels of economic power, demonstrate the hospitals operating in an efficient manner, and the help of qualified medical, financial, administrative, number of personnel, adequate equipment and medical equipment-and resources, that mean not hospitals counted fully efficient service. Because understanding of the staffs, physical and technical organizations and their controls, their selection, placement and arrangement, non stop service, interpersonal relations and wage management is possible with an effective and efficient management approach.Recently, world population and technological breakthroughshas added to the concept of hospital management. This stuation adressed that the hospital management must be taken as a job. In this study, hospital management and this kind of professional management's positive effects have been addressed.
