Abstract (EN)
This thesis discusses the industrialization process which has an essential role in transition from agricultural society to industrial society. Measuring the importance of organized industrial zone (OİZ) from employment and production point of view is the primary purpose of this research. In addition the historical development of OİZ's in Turkey is analyzed in this thesis. In order to highlight the role of Organized Industrial Zones in the Industrialization process , to discuss the industrial development of Turkey, and to compare processes, Niğde case will be analyzed in this research, - The Role of Organized Industrial Zones in the industrialization process of Turkey: The Case of Niğde OİZ.
