Abstract (EN)

There are some essential owners for the management process to be formed and implemented. The first of these devices is the presence of a common purpose. The second is the multiple existence of people. When the payment related to the management process is investigated, it is clearly stated that public administration is a unit of the perception of public administration in the fields of production and management in the same process. It can be seen in the example of the UK, where the path for the private sector has been paved with an integrated and systematic personalization program in the globalizing world economies. Private sector practices have increased over time in regions such as Germany, America and France. After the 1980s, personalization applications became operational rapidly around the world. In developed countries, there are specialized leaders who thrive by privatizing many companies. Türkiye-focused personalization applications have increased and created a significant source of income. Privatization practices in America, Germany, France and England have been largely successful in the transition to operation. The main purpose of the privatization plan is to divide the expenditures made to ensure justice, education and security, which are the main monetary rules, with the infrastructure investments that can be made by the private sector, and to direct the economy through the free market unit. This information was examined specifically for selected countries, focusing mainly on public administration and private sector relations. Also, information about countries' personalization practices, better dissemination of the subject. Customization examples made in Türkiye and around the world were examined and evaluations were made about the advantages and benefits of privatization.
