Abstract (EN)

Migration is an increasingly important phenomenon that includes many socio-cultural and socio-economic values and covers many countries geographically and politically. When we consider the phenomenon of migration together with entrepreneurship activities, we can say that this phenomenon brings with it some economic and social effects such as innovation, change, growth and development in the country of migration. In this context, it becomes clear that immigrants entrepreneurship provides added value to the country of immigration, increases employment and provides a set of values that make a difference. In this study, within the scope of the embedded theory which is one of the qualitative research designs, interviews with 15 Syrian immigrant entrepreneurs from different sectors were organized in order to examine the migrants mind worlds in a more open and unadulterated manner in order to examine the processes of forming a business environment and the tendency to establish a business environment. In terms of theoretical framework, it is aimed to determine the place where immigrant entrepreneurship is located.
