The history of education of gifted and talented student in Turkey

The purpose of this study from 1960 to 2009 years in Turkey between gifted education given official primary and secondary schools in the process of the historical aims, student and teacher selection, gifted to the school faces legal basis of their superior talent turned into economic aid and gifted education that gives schools the programme is to examine. Study of gifted education to gifted students of the school aware of the capabilities of the individual as the highest level of their capacity to use and on top of their field as they were intendedtoreceivetraining.2. Intelligence test is not applied in Science High Schools. Students are chosen according to the primary school final exams .3.
