Turkey is in the top five of the World Arrangement in Olive and Oliveoil Industry. For that reason, this industry is very important for the Turkey. Besides, our country has difficulties with the development of a stable and continuous policy related to the industry.In this study firstly the oliveoil industry in the world and European Union was evaluated generally, Oliveoil Market Arrangement with the related applications especially in European Union and the reforms were emphasized. Then according to the main aim of the study, the olive industry in Turkey was explained in a common sense, and the legal arrangements and policies were analyzed. So, it is aimed to put forth the current situation of Turkey in this field and to evaluate this situation by the side of a producer.Due to the aim of the study, a questionnaire research was done with the producers in the cities Balıkesir, İzmir, Manisa, Aydın and Muğla. As a result, a general evaluation of the situation and some suggestions related to oliveoil industry have been proposed under the title of conclusion and suggestions.
