Abstract (EN)
In the progress o f developing countries, they need infrastructure investment for these reasons: population growth , technological developments and ensure the desired social - economic development. Owner s of scarce resources seek new fundings. With the Build - Operate - Transfer (BOT) model, public investment can be carried out free of charge by the private sector. In this thesis , Highway Projects are investigated : "Gebze - Orhan gazi - İzmir Motorway" and '' Eurasia Tunnel Project (Istanbul Strait Road Tube Crossing Project) '' which has been initiated with the BOT model
