Abstract (EN)

This study was carried out to isolate and identify bacterial species containing ACC deaminase enzyme from the root rhizosphere of wheat from Eskişehir region and to determine the increase the resistance of the wheat to salt stres through bacterial inoculation. In the scope of the study, petri experiments were carried out to investigate the effectiveness of isolating bacterial isolates in saline conditions. 23 bacteria isolates which found to be effective as a result of petri dishes, were tested in jars. As a result of the jar tests, it was decided to establish pot experiment with Bacillus cereus, Serratia odorifera, Lelliottia amnigena, Arthrobacter arilaitensis and Pseudomonas putida isolates. The pot experiments were carried out in 4 replicates with 4 salt doses. The salt contents were determined as T0: Control (0,95) T1: 3,98 , T2: 7,80 and T3: 11,05 dS / m. In pot experiments, each pot was inoculated with bacteria four wheat seeds were sown and wheat development was observed. As a result of the analyzes made, yields, biomas, carotenoids, MSI and K contents per pot were found to decrease due to increasing salt concentrations.Higher values were obtained in wheat inoculated with ACC deaminase than in control. As a result of our study, it was determined that inoculated with bacteria containing ACC deaminase enzyme increased salt tolerance in wheat.
