U15 effect of tabata training on various motoric properties and wrestling performance in male wrestlers

Özet (EN)

The aim of this research is to examine the effect of tabata training on various motoric characteristics and wrestling performance in U15 male wrestlers. 30 male wrestlers participated in the study. The wrestlers were divided into two as experimental and control groups (15 athletes experiment and 15 athletes control). Anthropometric measurements, claw strength test, double leg forward jump test, flamingo test, sit-up pull test, medicine ball throwing test, push-up test and T test were applied to all participants as pretest-posttest. A special judo suitability test, which was valid for the scale of wrestling performance, was applied. Tabata training was applied to the experimental group 3 days a week for 8 weeks. The athletes in the control group were given wrestling training. SPSS 26.0 package program was used to evaluate the data obtained within the scope of the research. Due to the normal distribution, the "Paired Samples T-Test" was used to compare the pre-post test values within the group, and the Independent Samples T-Test was used to compare the pre- and post-Dec test values between the groups. Results.it was interpreted at the 05 level. Research results according to the assessment, participants in the experimental group wrestling performance test, flamingo Balance Test, double-Test in the front of the leg, leap, right hand grip Test, Test, Test, agility t-test values, a statistically significant difference was found in body weight, sit-ups Test, Test, Test and launch left hand grip medicine ball, there was a statistically significant difference in the values.
