Abstract (EN)
In this study, the mass resolutions were calculated for the three field TOF mass spectrometer by using second order approach. With the second order and the third order approaches, the mass resolutions were calculated for the three field TOF mass spectrometer included B free region.The mass resolutions of the three field TOF mass spectrometer are compared to the mass resolutions of the three field TOF mass spectrometer included B free region. The comparation shows that the three field TOF mass spectrometer included B free region possesses better mass resolution within the third order approach.Key words: Free Region, Mass Resolution, Second Order Approach, Third Order Approach, TOF.
