Özet (EN)

The production technique with a three-dimensional printer has been used quite frequently in recent years. Thanks to this method, plastic materials can be produced easily and cheaply. One of the biggest disadvantages of 3D printers is that the production area is narrow, and the produced part sizes are small. Various techniques are used to prevent this. One of these techniques is joining parts using adhesive. In this study, the strengths of joining parts produced with different materials in three-dimensional printers using different adhesives were experimentally investigated. In experimental studies, parts made of ABS, PLA and PETG materials were bonded in different sections with Pattex and Loctite adhesives. Tensile and bending tests were applied for the strength tests, and the strengths of the full-section specimens and the bonded specimens were compared. As a result of the tests, PLA is more durable and PETG is more ductile than PLA, ABS and PETG materials. Samples bonded with Loctite HY 4070® are more durable than samples bonded with Pattex 2K®. The stresses of the plug-in type connection were higher than the surface tension-type connection. Specimens subjected to the three-point bending test are more durable than the tensile tests.
