Abstract (EN)
The techniques used in ceramic shaping have evolved from ceramic clay, which was initially shaped with very primitive methods, to the present day, and have become innovative techniques that respond to diversified needs. In this context, three-dimensional printer technology offers a different approach in ceramic production, playing both a complementary role to traditional methods. In particular, its integration with colored ceramic clay further expands the possibilities offered by this technology. While three-dimensional printers allow ceramic clay to be shaped precisely in layers, the use of colored clays offers the opportunity to create aesthetically rich and original designs. In the study, appropriate material formulations were created in order to increase the usability of colored clay used in three-dimensional printers, and the interactions of these pigments with clay and the textures they create on the surface were examined in detail. This study examined the compatibility of colored ceramic clay with three-dimensional printing processes comprehensively, from the design stage to production; the results obtained provide important data on the more efficient and aesthetic use of ceramic materials in digital production.
