Abstract (EN)

In today's technology, competition has increased by considering factors such as low cost, fast production and precision in manufacturing. In order to keep up with this technology, computer-controlled systems have become mandatory by moving away from manpower and universal benches. When making a CNC router, the size and type of material to be processed, the type of control unit of the idle speed with the desired precision processing should be taken into account. Accordingly, the product types and features on the CNC router should be determined. In CNC plasma, the cutter torch cuts without touching the material. Therefore, when cutting without being exposed to force, material selection should be made by taking the idle speed into consideration. The aim of the study is to design and manufacture a prototype three-axis CNC plasma machine using low-cost domestically produced control cards and plasma cutting power supply. By producing a model with the most sensitive quality of the CNC Plasma machines manufactured, solutions to the problems encountered in the manufacturing process were brought and errors were minimized with the latest technology. In this study, the selected mechanical and electronic materials were introduced and the production phase was carried out step by step. As a result, a three-axis CNC plasma cutting machine was designed and manufactured and metal material was cut. Materials of different thicknesses were cut on the CNC plasma machine and the speed and ampere parameters of the machine were created.
