Abstract (EN)

Aerated concrete silica sand , cement, lime, gypsum and water mixture with the addition of aluminum powder obtained from the pore-forming and autoclave cured by steam curing, lightweight concrete building material of the group. In this study, the production of aerated concrete as the main raw material used in the fly ash instead of silica sand and cement used as a binder in 3%, 6%, 9% and 12% silica fume replacement ratios were produced by samples of aerated concrete. Aerated concrete mixture is poured into molds of 10 cm-sided cube produced after the oven temperature 75 C waited within 24 hours. Samples extracted from the mold 177 C 8 bars, 1560C 4 bars of steam pressure and release steam under the cure were cured for 6 hours. Curing process has been completed on samples compressive strength, unit weight and transit time ultrasonic experiment performed, some mechanical and physical properties were determined. SEM and XRD analysis of microstructures of the samples were observed. Unit weight of the samples were between 0.6-0.7 kg/dm3 compressive strength varies between 2.5 Mpa and 4.4MPa. Unit volume according to the weight of the mixture of silica fume control series reduction, the increase in pressure wasal so tested. The highest compressive strength of cement by 3% substitution of silica fumes were observed in the series.
