Abstract (EN)
The problems being encountered in the transportation sector in Turkey, harm people, country's economy and the environment in large scale. Dozens of people die every day in traffic accidents, become disabled, national wealth is spent for long lasting treatments and repairs. Traffic density, congestion and air pollution adversely affect nature and people. In order to eliminate these problems, to create a safe, effective, traceable, sustainable and ultimately manageable transportation infrastructure; a model has been proposed to manage the components of the transportation sector under a single roof with a multimodal structure that would ensure the integration of intelligent transportation systems and increase their efficiency.
