Transportation systems that affect the lower structure factors by determining degree of decision on the granting of importance for; Manisa province example

Nowadays, the need for both national and international transportation increases the importance of the infrastructure of transportation systems. In this direction, the important factors in the establishment of the substructure of the transportation system play also an important role in the project phase due to cost and time elements. This study consists of three parts. In the first part of the work, the literature search will be carried out. The second and third sections will form the implementation phase of the study. In this direction, infrastructure factors of transportation system will be determined by SPSS package program according to the opinions of Civil Engineers working actively in Manisa province in the second part. In the third chapter, the level of importance will be sorted with the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) in accordance with the determined factors.
