Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, the roles of cartographers in WPP, SPP, Geothermal Power Plants and HEPPs, which are among the types of power plants used in the energy sector, will be emphasized, technical information including terrestrial and GNSS measurements carried out in the facilities of the power plants, BÖHHBÜY application and detail measurement methods, the standards specified in the technical specifications of public institutions, and in addition to these, the technical specifications created by the companies that received the tender through the tender procedure will be mentioned.
