Abstract (EN)
In order to establish a pedigree, it is necessary to have a blood connection between the child and his family or to establish an adoption relationship. But today, due to medical advances, assisted reproductive techniques have also led to insufficient provisions of national legislation. For this reason, it is important that this system, which is central to the Turkish Civil Code and the law on International Private Law and procedural law in our country, is put forward by comparison with the provisions of responsibility. In this context, the study primarily addressed the definition and historical development of pedigree. In the second and third sections, the examination of the pedigree in the dimension of national law and international private law was provided. In the fourth part, the problems arising in the application of authority and judicial procedure and artificial reproduction techniques in the establishment of pedigree are discussed within the scope of the provisions of national and international legislation.
