Example in some national and international official documents about childiren driven to criminal and terrorist organizations: Afghanistan, North Iraq-Syria and Nagorna-Karabakh

In this study, it is aimed to reveal the sociological and anthropological definitions of key concepts such as "children" and "crime", the use of these concepts together, the reasons for children to commit crime, stages leading children to terrorist crimes, and finally a snapshot on children used in the Eurasian region during the Azerbaijan-Armenia war last year. In terms of methodology, scanning model was used. Scanning models concerns research approaches that aim to describe a situation that existed in the past and is still ongoing. The event, the individual or the object, which is the subject tried to be defined as it is in its own conditions. Turkish Statistical Institute's data, Turkey's Interior Ministry's Strategy Development Report, Human Rights Practices published by the US Department…., all are presented in tables and graphics in order to make these data more understandable and comparable for the reader. In the field, parameters that pushes children to commit crimes as well as international terrorist organizations' ways to use children to commit crime are illustrated. Besides; at the point of strengthening the up-to-datedness of the study, the issue that the same or similar actions could be carried out in the Eurasia region is discussed from different angles by demonstrating the role played by PKK or Al-Qaeda and their way to use children. As a result of the fied many factors seems to dragg children into crime. These factors are; family and parental attitudes, poverty, social inequality and social injustice. However, the most striking of these issues are family and parental attitudes. The same situation occurs when children are dragged into terrorist crimes and they are abused by terrorist organizations. Children not only fail to fulfill their social duties by being dragged into crime, but also become enemies of society by being dragged into terrorist crimes. It is an indisputable fact that the future of the society, the transfer of cultural codes of the nation, and the design of families play an important role in raising children who express their future. If this issue is not taken into account, social collapse is inevitable. In this sense, it will be very important to generalize such academic studies and to contribute to studies at a national and international level for relevant institutions and organizations.
