Examination of the minimum working age and children's right to education in international human rights law

In this study, the relationship between the minimum working age regulations and the child's right to education in the human rights documents of the United Nations and the Council of Europe has been taken into consideration. For this purpose, firstly, the concepts of child and child rights have been discussed and then the exploitation of child have been examined. Afterwards, the place of the child in working life and various forms of child work have been examined and the minimum working age regulations and the right to education that restrict child labor have been emphasized. In the light of these subjects, the relationship between minimum working age and right to education has been examined and evaluations have been made on the exploitation of child labor.
