With the establishment of the international criminal court, working areas of the court were mostly related to the African continent over the years caused that the court was criticized. In this regard, African countries also raised objections to the court and even they took the decision to withdraw collectively. When the subject is examined with this aspect, it is needed to query why the international criminal court mostly concerned with African continent. The majority of gross human rights violations in the world are not technically possible to be in African continent. But the international criminal court is especially focused on Africa. Is this situation related to facts in African countries or are these countries easily justifiable? So; in this study answers of these questions will be searched.
