Abstract (EN)
Crime of aggression which is regarded as supreme crime against peace constitutes our headline of thesis. In this thesis, the regulations related to aggression in international law are examined in four main sections. In the first part, aggression was examined as wrongful act of State, and in this context the regulations of the aggression in the historical course were indicated. In the second part, after the general accountability of the responsibility of the state and individual responsibility, the individual criminal responsibility in terms of international crimes was examined in the context of the crime of aggression. In the third part, the definitions and regulations accepted within the crime of aggression were analyzed by referring to the structure of the International Criminal Court and the elements of the Court's founding text- Rome Statue that are important for the study. In the fourth part, the regulations related to crime of aggression was included under comparative law and the provisions can be considered related to the crime of aggression under Turkish legislation were evaluated. In the last part, the results reached in the framework of the analyzes was tried to be presented
