Abstract (EN)

n today's conditions where competition is at the highest levels, businesses see that they should not stay away from innovation in order to survive and gain a sustainable competitive advantage. Businesses should put innovation into their lives, such as businesses that want to increase profitability, make a difference, and be competitive. Organizational culture is one of the organizational factors that are effective in creating innovation. Innovation is expressed as the process of transforming new ideas into value-creating outputs and their commercialization. Innovation culture offers institutions the opportunity to be different from their competitors. Businesses should adopt innovation and turn it into an organizational culture in order to survive in tight competition conditions. Organizational culture is expressed as values ​​shared and followed by individuals and groups in the organization. Studies on organizational culture have begun to gain momentum after the 1980s. Businesses that realize the importance of organizational culture are businesses that are constantly growing and maintain their continuity. In this study, it is aimed to investigate the relationship between organizational culture and innovation. The study consists of three parts; In the first chapter, hotel businesses and the concept of organizational culture are examined in general terms and concepts related to organizational culture in the literature are mentioned. In the second part, hotel businesses and innovation concepts are discussed. The third section includes the analysis and comments made on the findings obtained to determine the relationship between organizational culture and innovation.
