Abstract (EN)
The fact that the economy is important today has also increased the importance of international credit rating agencies. Credit rating agencies act a decisive role in the world where the economy is so important. Economic power brings along political power. In this context, an in investable note affects the country positively political and economically. Can not be invested a note adversely affects as both economically and politically. This potential power of rating agencies has made them an important actor in the international arena.
