Abstract (EN)

However the time changes, terrorism will never differ. But in the mean time the methods of terror will keep on changing day by day. And this problem will keep its presence as long as the presence of the humanity. Turkey has been fighting against terrorism for a long period of time and seems to carry on doing so because of its important location. September eleven forced and helped the other ? especially powerful- countries to be in sympathy with Turkey in the matter of terrorism. Turkey is very good at understanding this matter because it has been fighting against terrorism since 1960.As far as a problem concerned, it needs to be examined to the core to be solved. In the matter of terrorism, the problem should be evaluated from the point of view of the social, economic, political, cultural, religious, etc., reasons and the results of this evaluation must lead scientific environments to produce permanent solutions besides the enforcement of these solutions.Furthermore, specialization is another important issue in this matter. Not only the security forces but also the managers in the same region must become experts on terrorism. And it is also important to establish strategic centers which are only expected to make scientific studies and analysis on present and possible future terrorist acts.To deal with the terrorism, all terrorist groups and their features need to be investigated academically with the help and cooperation of all involved institutions. But before all, all the community must be informed about terrorism. Once all the stratums of the community are well informed about the terrorism, none of the terrorist organizations can find any sources, nor can they get any support.Key words: Teror, International Terrorism, Divisive Terrorism, Solution.
