The area is situated in province of Uşak and the west of Eşme. According to the Davis's grid system, the study region is located in square B2. In the investigation area 151 taxa belonging to 41 families and 115 genera were determined. Twenty taxa were defined as new records for the B2 square. The number of endemics is 10, this number constitutes approximately 6.6% of the total flora. The phytogeographical spectrum of the taxa is as follows: Mediterranean elements 26 (17.2%), Irano-Turanian elements 11 (7.3%), Euro-Siberian elements 7 (4.6%). The remaining 12 (8.0%) taxa are widespread, 95 (62.9%) taxa belong to a few phytogeographic regions. The families which have the most taxa in research area are: Compositae 21 (13.9%), Legwninosae 14 (9.3%), Labiatae 13 (8.6%), Rosaceae 12 (8.0%), Liliaceae 8 (5.3%), Caryophyllaceae 6 (4.0%), Umbelliferae 5 (3.3%), Scrophulariaceae 5 (3.3%) and Ranunculaceae 5 (3.3%). Concerning the number of species the major genera in this region are as follows: Ranunculus 5 (3.3%), Trifolium 4 (2.7%), Quercus 4 (2.7%), Mentha 3 (2.0%) and Pyrus 3 (2.0%). According to the life forms therophytes come first with rate of 38.4% in the distribution of the plants spread in the area. Then in turn hemicryptophytes %25.8, phanerophytes %17.2, geophytes %I2,6, chamaephytes %5.3 and vaskiiler parasites are %0.7. Keywords: Flora, Turkey, Umurbaba Mountain, Uşak.
