Abstract (EN)

In health, many different policies have been developed in our country so far. Although some of them were used in practice, some of them were removed from the application over time. The Full Time Act, which deals with the policies regarding the working status of physicians, also contains some effects. Within the scope of this law, which was implemented in 2010, a study is carried out to investigate the results of patient satisfaction in university hospitals. As a result of the implementation of this law, it contributes to the determination of the results of the satisfaction of the patients who receive service from university hospitals. They say that in the case of part-time work, there will be effects on the education provided by the physicians working in university hospitals as well as their work, and with this law, there will be an increase in the scientific studies to be carried out in universities, as well as the quality of education. As a result, together with the differences in the personal rights of the physicians, the results regarding the satisfaction of the patients receiving the service will be determined. The research will be carried out with a quantitative research method, thanks to the model proposal created to determine the patient satisfaction status. In this study, it is aimed to determine the situation in a hospital operating in the province of Ankara in order to determine the status of the physicians working in state university hospitals with a capacity of 500 or more beds, which work together with the Higher Education Institution (YÖK), the sample determined in this study. Data were obtained by collecting data with a questionnaire form, which deals with the Patient Satisfaction of the full-time law. Along with the data obtained as a result of the analysis, the recommendations in the model created for the effect of the medical service provided in university hospitals on patient satisfaction were determined after the legislation in the full-time law and the literature review. This study will be an important model that can be used in the field, since there is no comprehensive study to determine the status of full-time laws of physicians in university hospitals in terms of patient satisfaction.
