The impact of university career center services on students career decision and career awareness

The rapid progress of technology creates changes in social, economic and social structure; This change also affected working life. As a result of this transformation and change, the expectations of the business world from individuals have changed and the quality, expectation and equipment in accordance with the new conditions were asked to be in individuals. In this respect, universities have made some updates in the education and training system in order to train students in line with the expectations and wishes of working life and to ensure that these students participate in the working life in a short time. The most important of these innovations is the establishment of career centers in universities. By helping to solve the problems of the careers of students and graduates due to their organizations, to help them to reach the desired level by contributing to their personal and professional development by increasing their career development and planning skills; In order to prepare students for the business world, they aimed to make students ready for business life after their graduation. In this study, it was aimed to investigate the effect of career services provided by career centers of universities on students' career awareness and career decision-making competence, and in this context, data was collected by survey method from students of three universities.
