The perspective of the unemployers who graduated from university on vocational training programs: A research in İSKUR Bayrampasa Service Center

This study consists of seven chapters.In the first chapter is entrance, ın the second chapter, unemployment, types of employment, concept of youth unemployment, characteristics, and structure of youth unemployment are given. In the third chapter, the appearance causes and consequences of youth unemployment in Turkey and in the world are emphasized. In the fourth chapter, the appearance of university graduated youth unemployment in Turkey and in the world, its causes and consequences, and employment policies applied in university graduated youth employment are given. In the fifth chapter, the policies and projects implemented by İŞKUR in the employment of university graduates are given. In the sixth chapter, there is a conducted interview consisting of questions in which young university graduates who apply to İŞKUR evaluate the MEK and IEP programs.And ın the last chapter we have obtained some results and suggestions. While doing all this, the concepts listed in the second chapter were tried to be defined by making different quotations and comparisons was made. In the third chapter, reasons and results were written with quotes from different sources and with the individual interpretations, and comments were made with some statistical data and country comparisons. In the fourth chapter, the unemployment status of university graduates in Turkey and in the world is interpreted with statistical data and comparisons, again with the help of sources. Various employment policies from the world and Turkey have been interpreted with the help of quotations. In the fifth chapter, İŞKUR policies are explained in detail with the cited source and the individual comments. Then, the effectiveness of the MEK and IEP program was investigated by the interview with participants and their answers were recorded. A number of conclusions and recommendations have been reached.Then, we have criticized the results. Why there are youth unemployment and university graduate youth unemployment in our study? How do negative results affect countries and individuals? And what solutions have there been so far? Did the implemented solutions work? What are the deficiencies in the implemented policies? What should the new policies look like? Answers to these questions were sought. In the world and in Turkey, university graduated employment is an important problem and the employment of this group is critical.
