This study aimed to investigate the relationship between the emotion regulation strategies and the psychologic resilience levels in undergraduate students. Correlational method was used in the study. The emotion regulation questionnaire, the resilience scale and personal information forms were used for collecting the data. The Pearson Correlation analysis was used for evaluating the relationship between continuous variables in the data obtained from the study. The t-test was used for two-group comparisons of continuous data, and the ANOVA analysis was used for comparing more than two-groups. A multiple regression analysis was performed to test the resilience scale scores with the cognitive emotion regulation sub scales. The study results showed that there was a significant relationship between psychologic resilience and cognitive emotion regulation. Keywords: psychologic resilience, emotion regulation strategies, undergraduate students.
