Abstract (EN)
This study aimed to determine the mediating role of dispositional hope in the relationship between future anxiety and psychological flexibility of university students. The study employs a correlational research method, and the sample consists of 784 university students (620 female, 164 male). Data were collected using the Personal Information Form, the Psychological Flexibility Scale, the Future Anxiety Scale for University Students, and the Dispositional Hope Scale. SPSS 27.0, JAMOVI 2.6.22, and AMOS 24.0 software were used for data analysis. The results revealed that dispositional hope plays a mediating role in the relationship between future anxiety and psychological flexibility. The findings obtained from the study were discussed within the framework of the related literature, and suggestions for practitioners and researchers for future studies were presented.
