Investigation of the relationship between the levels of satisfaction and self-perception of recreation activities of elite level bocce athletes studying at university

This research is at the planning stage of the relationship between the levels of self-perception and the focus on recreation activities of elite level bocce athletes studying at the university. Bocce athletes from various universities who participated in the research and participated voluntarily. Participants were 57 women and 49 men. The research also aims to improve the demographic characteristics of the personal information form. Lik Elite Athletes Self-Perception Perception Inventory (ESBAE) gidiş which was conducted by Mars, Hey, Johnson and Perry (1997) and conducted with Caglar, Cook and Kelacak (2017), consistency and reliability. In addition, in Beard and Ragheb (1980) there are, Karlı, Polat, Yılmaz and Koçak in 2008, our current situation, reliability study of the 2008 Free Time Satisfaction Scale, (SZTÖ) 1980 has been studied with the upper levels. Descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Kruskal Wallis and Pearson Correlation tests were used to analyze the data. The obtained SPSS was analyzed in the 23.0 package program. In the findings of ESBAE sub-dimensions, it was found that the self-perception of the athletes was high. The SZTÖ of Bocce athletes is quite high on a general and sub-dimension basis. There were no significant differences in sub-dimensions of ESCAS sub-dimensions according to gender variable. There is a positive experience and a relationship between the self-perceptions of the athletes and their free time. As a result, the reason why bocce athletes have high self-esteem and free time quality can be explained by the fact that the sport is personalized.
