Assignment and scheduling problems are very common in universities and other educational institutions. As a result of these studies, it was found that one of the most encountered problems was the problems of appointing examiners and scheduling problems during the collective exam periods. In this context, the difficulties encountered during the appointment of the examiner and the difficulties to be taken into consideration during the appointment of examiner in the Faculty of Engineering, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Vocational School of Social Sciences and Sungurlu Vocational School of Hitit University, and the difficulties encountered during the appointment of examiner. information about specific issues. In this study, in the light of the information obtained from various education units, it is aimed to develop and develop a software that can perform the appointment and scheduling of examiners in a much shorter time in accordance with all constraints and compatible with the unit-specific problems. The data of Hitit University Vocational School of Social Sciences 2017 - 2018 Spring term were used with the necessary permissions in order to compare the assignment of examiners made by the software we developed in terms of time and to test their suitability to constraints and options. As a result, the appointment of the examiner of the developed software was made in accordance with all the constraints determined and in accordance with the specific problems determined by the unit. In addition, in time tests, it was observed that the appointment of a suitable examiner for all constraints was performed in less than a minute.
