Overview of the universty to outsourcing

Today, emerging markets and competitive conditions, businesses are seeking strategies to their advantage. Leveraging outsourcing comes at the beginning of this strategy. The businesses that provide a competitive advantage with this management strategy and take advantage by using outsourcing from the specializing in the field company on the out of the core business issues. There are many reasons why the businesses tend to use outsourcing. The cost reduction comes at the begining. The businesses get rid of unnecessary departments by benefit from outsourcing and have a simpler organizational structure; so the costs are reduced. The businesses turn to use outsourcing for reduce the costs with develop the ability of businesses, downsizing, acceleration, increase flexibility, closely monitor technological innovation, risk mitigation, to become one of the successful businesses and also to improve quality. This study consists of three main parts. In the first section, the concept of outsourcing has been examined and the historical development of oursourcing, the practice areas of Turkey and the Word of oursourcing , the benefits and drawbacks of oursourcing are considered. In the second section, the concept of supplier, the proposal forms and contract signing are handled. In the final section, the research aplication is applied at Bilecik Şeyh Edebali University.
