Scale validity and reliability analyses showed that the surveys used in the study were scientifically justified. In conclusion, this research has revealed that university students' perceptions of cryptocurrency significantly affect their attitudes towards the use of cryptocurrency in the tourism sector. It was emphasized that digital payment systems are more preferred in international tourism and that innovative solutions are required in this area. The study emphasizes the importance of developing technical infrastructure, increasing user confidence, and conducting educational activities for the widespread use of cryptocurrencies in the tourism sector.
