Abstract (EN)

After the industrial revolution, the companies are struggling in an intense competition for existence due to evolving technology and changing consumer profiles in parallel with increasing mass production. The concept of quality is gaining importance while the companies take wishes and needs of the costumers into account. Today, there is a variety of information about the time when quality control is done deliberately and implemented for the first time, nonetheless importance of the quality cycle is increasing with each passing day due to the evolving technology and increased competition. Because of the complexity of the work done by the workers in the direct production or assembling departments or wide product range in the production facilities; it becomes quite difficult to produce same quality and standardized products during the manufacturing process. Nowadays, there are intense efforts in order to minimize these problems and to improve competitiveness especially in labor-intensive manufacturing facilities while competition gained momentum and importance of the quality is evolved. Businesses use a variety of techniques and methods to achieve the highest quality with minimal cost and to make the quality standardized. In addition, measurement of the effects of these methods for quality purposes is also important to show the efficiency of the performed application. This study, which is about the standartizing the technique that is used with the installation of flaws, is consisted of four parts. In the first part of the study, by conceptual framework of the thesis, the historical development of manufacturing systems, which is the basic of the work education systems in business quality concept and applications are explained. In the second part, manufacturing and use of content education system in business that is the focus point of the application is explained. Then the method that was used and the group model are explanied. In consideration of group model, data are collected and analysed.
