Abstract (EN)
In recent times, one of the greatest developments that has propelled human progress in various aspects is undoubtedly the invention and widespread adoption of the internet. At the forefront of these advancements is the concept of Digital Transformation or Industry 4.0. The changing requirements of contemporary production, the variability in customer demands, and the competitive cheap and large-scale production activities of Eastern countries have prompted Western nations to develop technologies aimed at enhancing productivity, speed, and quality, thereby introducing flexibility to production processes. These technologies form the foundation of the Industry 4.0 concept. Digital Transformation, or Industry 4.0, emerges as the fourth industrial revolution, with effects observed across various facets of human life. Industry 4.0, not merely a standalone concept, aspires to elevate companies to Industry 4.0 levels by utilizing all technologies and innovations it brings. Companies, through the development of new technologies in this field, contribute to the expansion of the Industry 4.0 concept while getting closer to achieving their goals of reaching Industry 4.0 levels. One of the most significant Industry 4.0 technologies is the Internet of Things (IoT). The IoT technology is prevalent in various aspects of our lives, from business to daily routines. The proliferation of this technology has led smart devices to play a significant role in our lives, turning every aspect of our lives into a source of data. Smart devices not only process and store data internally but also communicate with different devices. The evolution of smart devices at an industrial scale has given rise to Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) technology due to differences such as evolving protocols, increased security requirements, and varying data speeds and sizes. The diversity in the types of equipment in the industry has led to complex and diverse data collection. Discrepancies in data publishing and communication protocols are at the core of this complexity. Different types of controllers or sensors supported by the equipment may vary based on brand and model information. This study aims to standardize data collected from different protocols such as Open Platform Communications Unified Architecture (OPC UA), MODBUS, MTConnect, which contribute to the mentioned differences, to track the usability of equipment. As a result, the data collected from machines that offer different protocol support are made meaningful and standardized. Machine data can be monitored instantly with these standardized data, appropriate queries created for the data saved in the database, and monitoring screens created on the Grafana application.
