Abstract (EN)
Increasing a competition between companies, leads to keeping the quality improvement activities and cost reduce operations continuous, in order to maintain the company activities. The concept of quality is only defined for the product up to twenty years. But today, it becomes a concept that we use in every part of our lives. Nowadays, the increasing amount of heavy vehicles causes degradation in the coating structure before the expected time. Therefore it makes a loss of security, time, comfort and economy. One of the methods that can use to increase the resistance of the coating structure against degradation cause by stress that occurs in high and low temperature and traffic, is improving the properties of materials. We aim to reduce construction and maintenance costs of asphalt concrete in this study so the coating performance used in road construction will be increasing. For this purpose we perform the experiment with 6 factors (two with two levels, two with three and two with six levels). Using loss function, S/N ratio and fractional mix orthogonal design in larger the better characteristic of Taguchi method we reached the best result in thirty-six experiments instead of making two hundred and sixteen full test.
