Özet (EN)

Throughout history, humanity has always sought the best. When the problems began to emerge among the people who formed the society while coming together, the famous philosophers become preoccupied with the question "How should the ideal society order be?" Utopias are the "ideal state" schemes which are born in response to this question and propose ideas about how humanity's ideals and perfect society will be realized. From the second half of the nineteenth century onwards, fictitious society projects representing the paradise on earth, which drew the flag of rebellion to the present order, set out with the dreams of establishing a happy and fair order, became a dystopic structure. Both utopias and dystopias are the important political works that handle every aspect of the management approach in a broad concept. In our study, we will firstly search the ideal goverment managements in Thomas More's Utopia which is considered as the basic works of utopian idea and Tommaso Campanella' The City of the Sun. Thereafter we will analyze the two most popular dystopias; Aldous Huxley's Brave New World and George Orwell's 1984 which are about the tyranny of the unfeeling and merciless goverment management in the face of hopes and missing of the humanity. The state models designed in the selected utopian and dystopic works were examined under four main headings and positive or negative results were reported.
