Abstract (EN)
The selection of inappropriate radiological examinations involves numerous negativities, particularly the waste of resources and the damage to the patient.. In recent years, both the evidencebased medicine perspective has been developed and the guidelines, which have been started to be formed in the most appropriate decision-making options, aim to eliminate this negativity. The ability of this accumulation to be used in daily medical practice depends on the development of electronic patient records and integrated decision support software. In recent years, studies have been accelerating in this direction. In our study, a decision support system was developed in a hospital information system that could be used automatically by the clinician in the process of requesting an examination in 5 nephrological diseases group. In addition, the study has been integrated with hospital information system. The software was developed in the C # programming language in the Microsoft Visual Studio software environment, using the Toad For Oracle database.
