Student feedback on anatomy education in the process of distance education

In our study, we aimed to conduct a survey that questioned the views of the students who took this course about the effect of the distance education process on the education process and the efficiency of the course in anatomy education, and to evaluate this process. A total of 150 students, including 50 students from the Faculty of Health Sciences, Nursing 2nd class, 50 3rd class students from the Faculty of Medicine, and 50 2nd class students from Afyon Kocatepe University Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, participated in our research. A survey of 35 questions was applied to the students. SPSS crosstab, Chi-square and regression analyzes were used for statistical comparison. According to the results of the survey; It was concluded that the students who participated in the survey found the distance education appropriate in terms of the learning technique of the anatomy course and that the distance education and anatomy course were productive. Positive feedback was obtained from the students about the determination and fairness of the anatomy exams held during the distance education period. However, there is also the opinion that students have difficulties in following anatomy lessons in distance education in line with limited opportunities and resources. We think that the results of this study, which was conducted with the participation of students who took the anatomy course through distance education, may contribute positively to education, considering that a different perspective will be gained on the efficiency and applicability of the distance education application, as it allows the anatomy course, which is applied education, to be viewed from the perspective of students.
