Abstract (EN)
There are various computer based methods and techniques being used for a long time in distance learning. This thesis study works up to explore these new techniques in distance learning technologies to develop an entirely new tool for online distance data transfer. This paper explains overall information about distance learning, designs being developed, advantages and disadvantages of distance learning, computer programs that have been used, details of application and conclusions. In this research, the main goal is to transfer a presentation that is being broadcasting from a specific server, to any computer having internet access, by visually and auditory. The program supports two distance learning methods as synchronous and asynchronous. The synchronous distance learning intends to deliver the presentation which is broadcasting online. In this method, while users are following the online presentation, they can direct questions to the instructor. These questions can be asked by instant messaging and the instructor responds during the presentation. In the asynchronous distance learning method, the presenter can record a presentation while he or she presenting and broadcast it with the computer program. Thus, students can trace early dated presentations at anytime.By the end of the research, it is clear that distance learning ensures many advantages like time saving or efficiency in every branch of education by the enormous developments in computer technology. Adversities experienced in developing a new computer based tool and got knowledge and accumulation on practicing new technologies.
