Abstract (EN)

In this thesis study, a useful dynamic system is designed with GPRS and GSM technology which are widely used. Special commands are needed to send data by GPRS. Many users have difficulty implementing commands. The purpose of this work is to design a system that does not bother the user with complex commands by creating a dynamic interface. With the interface built with C #, even at the lowest level, the user can send any number and value of data to any page of the internet site desired by GPRS without needing any command information. At the same time the data sent to the internet page will be sent as text message to the user's mobile phone. With the other interface of the program, the user system will be able to operate such as GSM, number search, SMS, display the contents of contacts, read and delete messages. All these operations are done via the designed GSM-GPRS card. In the work done, bi-directional communication was realized by sending a desired data to the GPRS side via internet page. On this page, it is aimed that users can control a device via the web with data coming from GPRS. In the last part of the work, the same microcontroller was added to the card and the same data was serially sent to the micro controller through the GPRS without an interface outside the computer.
