Sermon is one of the common religious education activities, it's mean that, recommend, advice, say something to soften one's heart. It aims to enlighten people about religion, to encourage goodness and beauty, to guide them to perform their prayers correctly and to direct them to the right behaviors. Therefore, the subject of the sermon, the plan, the preparation and the presentation phase are very important in terms of the quality of the sermon. This study is a master thesis aiming to measure the quality of sermons and women's interest in mosque sermons and to measure the effects of women's religious education on behavior change. In this study, the subjects evaluated primarily, the importance of mosque-centered religious education, the historical process of the ministry, the participation of women in the sermons of the mosque, the expectations of the community from the sermons, the opinions and thoughts of the preachers towards the interest and needs of the target audience were evaluated with qualitative method. Within the scope of the qualitative method, descriptive screening was conducted on the individual and social effects of the sermons from the sermons and the women who participated in the sermons. For this purpose, 15 open-ended questions were asked to 20 preachers in Yenimahalle Mufti Office and the quality of the sermons and the interest of the community were evaluated from the preacher's point of view. At the same time, 15 open-ended questions were asked to 20 women congregations who participated in the sermons in Yenimahalle region, and the expectations of the community from the sermons and the factors affecting the participation were investigated. As a result of the interviews, the information obtained was analyzed in the light of educational methods and previously studied academic studies. With the data obtained, the interests and needs of women in religious education were determined in order to increase the influence of the sermons and the participation of women in mosque sermons. As a result of the findings, improving the physical conditions of mosques in a way that women can go comfortably, provision of facilities necessary for women to go to the mosque for preaching, women in the mosque community to take their place again, Preachers and solution suggestions of the mufti, religious officials and mosque community should be cooperated.
