The dialects of Vakfıkebir and its environment (Language features-texts-dictionary)

The study is based on the variety of Trabzon and Vakfıkebir district. The study prepared as a master's thesis includes "Introduction", "Analysing", "Texts", "Result", "Dictionary" and "Bibliography" sections. In the "Introduction", the history and geography of Vakfıkebir are entreated. "Analysing" section includes the discussion of phonetics and morphology of Vakfıkebir with examples in the light of the texts compiled from the territory. The texts written using the transcription alphabet form "Texts" section. In the "Result" section, the phonetic and morphologic features of Vakfıkebir variety are mentioned in accordance with the data obtained. In the "Dictionary" section, the explanations of the local words which are encountered in the texts compiled and are important in terms of their updated synonyms given and their enabling the study understood take place. In the "Bibliography" section, the references utilized during the study are ranked.
