Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, the electrical resistivity, 90 K resistivity, residual resistivity, residual resistivity ratios, real metallic behavior, critical offset, onset transition temperatures, expansion degree parameters, Fermi energy level of the material in the vicinity of Bi-2212 superconducting crystal structure. and dynamic electronic state densities, electronic state densities, effective and strong electron-phonon formation possibilities, change of active structural problems, changes in hybridization mechanisms, crystal structure qualities, order parameters of super electrons, superconducting phase transitions of isolated particles, connection between crystalline interfaces improvement and changes in carrier concentrations, mechanical properties, changes in structural problems, formation of active shear systems, microhardness measurement results, critical crack advances i and saturation were determined in the limit region. According to experimental data, optimum vanadium ratio to Bi-2212 crystal structure was found to be x = 0.01.
