Abstract (EN)

Wealth funds are funds consisting of commodity or non-commodity income. They were established to utilize the surplus of commodity income and diversify their resources in oil-rich countries. Because oil and natural gas reserves will be depleted in the future and only the countries with the source of oil and natural gas will experience economic crises and their welfare will decrease. To prevent this, oil-rich countries are trying to prevent this by transferring their excess income to different sectors. Similarly, countries have established wealth funds in order to utilize the surplus of non-commodity assets. The common feature of all these funds is that they have been established for the purpose of evaluating the excess of their income. Wealth funds establishment purposes and examining the sources from which they are fed with the establishment of Turkey's Wealth Fund effects on the national economy were examined. In the same way Turkey Wealth Fund's resources, investments will be made in the future and control were examined. As is known, Turkey is a country with a budget deficit. Although in Turkey's budget deficit, has also been studied to establish the impact of the wealth fund's.
