Abstract (EN)
The rapid advances in technology and information, fluxional customer demands, work conditions, employee expectations, economic fluctuations, uncertainties brought by the pandemic environment recently make difficult to plan and predict for future periods. In these environments, in other words VUCA, it is necessary to evolve a new approaches. One of this approach is agile leadership, its skills and perception. In this study, it is aimed to develop a measurement tool for determining agile leadership skill perception. It is researched the effect of VUCA perception on agile leadership skill perception and examined differences between groups based on demographic characteristics. As a result a valid and reliable measurement tool is developed to determine agile leadership skill perception. It is found the positive effect of volatility perception on agile leadership skill perception, this effect is observed higher for single employees.
