The effects of whistleblowing on the organizatinal trust

In today's World the economic operations are based on a intense competition. By this reason, sometimes the companies can show a tendency to some unethical applications or in the competitive working area the stuff can do the same to seem more popular and successfull. Therefore, the image of the company can be bruised and it can be disfavour for the customers, competitors or co-conspirators. because of these negative effects, the owners of the companies want the unethical situtations must be known by the managers with whistleblowings. The goal of this study is to understand the relationship between whistleblowing and organizational trust. By this reason, in the first chapter of the study the term information and the achievement ways of it have been surveyed from the literature. Then, in the same chapter, the term whistleblowing and the short history of whistleblowing have been surveyed. In the second chapter, a very common word "trust" has been explained and the term "organizational trust" has been determined.The question of that part was how to get the organizational trust in the companies. After these parts, at the third part of the study, a questionnaire has been applied to tourism workers to understand this relationship. The limitations of the study is the answers on the questionnaire. As the result there is a closed relationship between whistleblowing and organizational trust and the trusted workers make whistleblowing more than the others to protect their companies.
